Aimbot (again haha) Personal comment I wasn't using any hacks, If you want honesty, you're getting it. I was banned roughly after this scene, I was going after the smugglers and killed a few of his mates. These were the scenes i was accused of aimbot by the Andolinis, If you want to keep me banned, go for it, but I know for a fucking fact i don't use aimbot, and Salvatore Corleone was spectating me the whole time anyways you can go ask him. I know he was, because i PM'd him in-game to spectate me. If you don't agree to unban me, It's all good, i understand, but I would like to request to see the video. I have made donations to this server, I was suggested to not use hacks by @Jelly myself and I kept that, I didn't use aimbot for fuck sakes, that's the most obvious and detectable hack a person can use. Anyhow, If you are willing to look into the video once or a few more times, please spend your time to do so, if you still think im bullshitting you, you may deny this appeal and keep me banned.

Yes i agree but my game is unplayable with CAC on since my gta folder has a shit ton of fps mods, Tyrone williams saw it himself as he was on teamviewer with me, ill remove tree remover and record all of my gameplay. When kacper put me on cac last time, i personally requested matthew carter to remove it because my gta lags a lot due to the smoke and dusts from the vehicles. CAC will disable alot of my fps and nolag mods which makes my game unplayable. However, can i please get a chance to record my gameplay without CAC? my pc is not great and its literally painful to play without my fps mods. And yes i agree to all the terms and i will remove treeRemover.

Kacper, you did what you thought was right, im really sorry that it seemed like i was aimbotting, or ban evading. In all honesty i feel like this is all just a misunderstanding, i deeply apologize for causing such trouble in the staff team. Could you please take back the punishments and let me play on the server again, im really sorry man for causing all of this trouble, i know that my brother playing was not the smartest thing he couldve done, he put me in this spot and i dont know what to say but im sorry that this happend.

I know where you guys are coming from, but my brothers account was made before i got banned, and we did play together BEFORE i got banned. He lives in the same house as me, and he plays on his laptop, we have the same ISP. However, I had nothing to do with his account as I do not know the password to it. Even If you guys don't unban me, I'd understand why, the management obviously won't take my word for it but why would i start lying now when i have come clear and honest in all of my past appeals? why would i start lying about hacking now? when the first ban i got by Kacper, i admitted to using the fly mods and you guys gave me a chance. I know the staff team works, honesty is the best policy, if you are honest, they consider giving you a chance depending on the situation, and yes, I can just admit that I was using hacks, however, in my situation, i was not using any hacks or ban evading, and I am not the person who admits to false accusations. If you still think I should be kept banned, that's fine, i understand. But I did not use any cheats, or ban evaded of any sort because I know how serious you guys take these ban appeals. It would mean alot if I could get unbanned, but if not, it's alright.

I obviously do understand that my brother randomly playing after i get banned is very suspicious. However, I did have conversations with him a few hours ago and he told me all he did was ask Amin_Gambino what walkie talkie channel he is in, then they started hanging out together and meeting up. I had nothing to do with him playing on that account and I already @d the staff team on discord and i told them that i was going to be having my brother play with me on Mudoo RPG the day BEFORE i got BANNED. When me and my brother started playing on Mudoo RPG, we taught him role-play, and all of that, and i got banned the day after. I am not "Tyar_Mando" that is guaranteed my brother because he was playing at the same time i was, we were chatting on the same time i was.

Aimbot Personal comment I am not lying, the day, Parth, Bruce, Weston suspected that Tyar was me, my brother was informed that he either says the truth or gets banned. He explained everything to the admins and how me, Tyar(my brother) and 2 others were playing together at the SAME time a day before i got banned and we were all teaching Tyar how to roleplay because he usually plays on dm servers. I am gonna provide screenshots regarding this and how Amin Gambino messaged me as my brother was being interviewed by Parth, and then i messaged Parth asking him why does he think im Tyar. If i were to ban evade, i would make a new account and not be a retard to get my brother banned. If you guys think im really lying, explain to me how me, Amin, Roger were all 4 playing together and teaching Tyar how to roleplay on the 20th of july. I am not lying. I never lied about the aimbot, i am not going to lie about this petty ban evading which clearly wasnt me. If i came clear in all of my past ban appeals, why would i start bullshitting you now Kacper?

If you could please help me out here, why is my ban appeal being delayed if I showed proof of me not aimbotting, and explained the 'ban evading' situation to Jelly Carter and a few others. @Kacper Matthew has blocked all contact from me and will not respond to my messages, I can't dm him about the 'ban evading' situation which was not even true, I did not ban evade, everyone knew Tyar_Mando was my brother and me & tyar, and a few others played at the same time on Mudoo RPG. It would mean alot if you guys would consider letting me play again and lift my ban, since it was a mistake.

I went on teamviewer with Tyrone Williams, also known as Marcus Martinez. He didn't find anything related to 'aimbot' or any other cheats. however, I did have 'treeremover.cs' which barely gives me any advantage through players because its only helping me with fps, the trees are still there but not appearing on my screen, the mod isn't see through, it only removes the trees from my map so my fps stays high, that is why i asked to be removed from CAC from matthew and he did me a huge favor and removed CAC from my account. I am being accused of aimbot when I swear I was not using any cheats.

Parth, Bruce, Weston specifically spoke to Tyar in-game who is my brother and all the staff members know that because I pinged staff on discord the day before i got banned and let them know that my brother was going to be playing with me on this server so we can have fun together. Regardless of me pinging the staff, I got my request denied today and Tyar got banned for being me? what the hell? Me and Tyar, and Amin_Gambino, and Roger, were literally on Mudoo RPG yesterday having fun and playing together, and we taught Tyar how to play the server and the rules, check the logs please. OT: @LocMax, can you please unblock me from discord and stop being mad at me, i wasn't aware of the fact that you did me a favor, and I just was upset because I got banned for aimbot when I was always honest in my appeals and this time you guys aren't believing me at all.

I cannot come clear to something I am not doing. I have come clear to all of my recent ban appeals, why the hell would i lie to you now? I know how @LocMax works and how the staff works, if no honesty, then no unban. I am being completely HONEST.

I can go on teamviewer if you want, I don't mind, I did that with Diego before as well because my GTA was bugged, I had infinite ammo for sniper ONLY, no other guns, so i reinstalled gta. I did CHALLENGE a duel to "Anthony_Eix" on TDM where i am put on CAC by the manager. Why would i ask him for a duel on a server im forced CAC on? I am confident because there are always 20 cops on my ass everytime im suspected, and most of them talk shit 24/7 that's why i always taunt them after i kill them. However, if there isn't a video of me actually erasing 10 cops with a single gun, how can my confidence show that im using aimbot? i really dont understand. Tree Remover only removes it for me, which allows me to increase my fps. I can remove that if you wish

treeremover.cs removes the trees from my map, it doesn't allow me to go through them, it makes it so I cant see them, it helps my fps.

I am 100% aware of how the staff goes, honesty is the best policy. I am being 100% honest here, I did not use any sort of aimbot that would give me advantage over other players.

( I already explained what happened in that scenario ) I provided proof to Bruce McCane that my gta folder + cleo folder contained nothing that is related to AIMBOT or any other cheats. I was just removed off CAC only a couple days ago by Matthew Carter. Here are screenshots of my GTA folder, and it was sent to Bruce ( who put me on CAC, ordered by Kacper ) a second after i got put on CAC, then banned right after. In all honesty, I donated my own money to this server a day after i got my CAC off by Matthew Carter. I did make a promise that I would never script abuse / bug abuse in my past ban appeals and I am making a promise right now that I did not use any sort of cheats today, or before. Script abuse Personal comment I am going to be 100% honest. Yes, i did abuse script commands, one of us went on police duty, he put his handsup, we robbed his guns, he did /tg and then we robbed his guns and repeat. We did that so we get ammo easily. With all honestly, me and my mate were literally asking for a ban, we were being ignorant. I know that is no excuse to be abusing script commands but what can i say, i was being stupid, i know i did really wrong and was being extremely stupid. I was also not aware that this was not allowed, me and my mate did rp it a little bit, but it doesnt matter, we still broke rules and i am sorry for that. Adding on, i was ban evading, i want to be honest and just come straight to you guys so i dont waste your time. Valen is my account, i ban evaded because i really like this server and it honestly did make me sad that i got banned once again. I am ignorant, and i wont show stupidity in the server again. I am gonna make sure i read the rules and follow them. In the Valen account, i became a PD officer so i could start a new history, a new identity.
