We do not unban after 4th ban and looking at your history we see no point to unban you, denied. This ban is permanent and will not be expunged do not bother applying.

I have no idea what made you think speaking with Daniel and reopen this you might stand another chance. Daniel might have asked you to reopen as you might not have reached "X" number of ban. But let me get you clarified, for a person like you it does not count. I gave my reasons already on the above post. So, I would simply repeat what I did last time too, DENIED. You are a disgrace, you had 3 accounts on course of your playtime here. On your main account banned 2X for hacks, EVEN once on ban evasion account you got banned for hacking. You have some serious problem in terms of self control and we don't need a player like you at all. To conclude 3 accounts with a total of 7 permanent ban you even though we will consider? You might have been considered IF on very first time caught ban evading you came up clean, BUT no you decided to ban evade further, STILL somehow you were unbanned then what? Used airbreak to teleport inside locked garages and stealing stuff. How dumb could you get? Eitherway, in simple words, NO, Do not bother applying, you are permanently denied.

Sorry, you are delusional somehow. So it's better that I get the facts at you first: 11 warnings for DeathMatching / Poor roleplay. 1 temporary ban for Death Matching. 3 Full bans for cheating and now 1 ban for mixed punishments. This is not what is know as "zero punishment". Now, moving onto the current ban: Your allies were inside gas station 9 after shootout which was barricaded by few cops and you decided to snipe at those cops who barricaded the gas station with your crew without any involvement directly with those cops. This action directly violates our 2 rules. Let me quote for you: Server Rules -> Roleplay rules -> 08. Cop Baiting -> Clarification I and III, which states: [#01] If any amount of suspects have been barricaded inside a property, other civilians/suspects may not enter it or aid them by shooting after law enforcement has been established outside. It does not matter how many cops are holding the barricade outside. [#03] It is not allowed to aid/join/backup other suspects/criminals by direct shooting at the law enforcement when not a part of that situation. You first have to become involved and a part of the situation through other means. Examples could be driving an escape car, threatening the cops, distractions, etc. Cops reached GS9 barricaded the place after clearing outside, you proceed to shoot those cops who barricaded the place. Here is a picture showing you sniping the cops at the GS who barricaded the remaining few inside. After you shot the cops SWAT/HRT came in scene. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------X-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now coming to some observations on your play pattern, you never contributed to any roleplay in server. You come in here for shootout and turfs and leave, you and your whole crew were part of so called "paradise" and server was much better without your meaning less shootouts or DM oriented mentality. Now that your paradise is closed you are back with your crew and this is causing issue in gameplay for our persistent players. This server is better off without a player like as you have shown no intent to change from your DM oriented game style despite repeated warnings and punishments. Since this is your 4th ban and since you are you, your appeal is denied and hence forth do not bother to apply as you won't be unbanned, our server is better without you.

You have some guts you trash talk my admins, you shit on the server, you break rules likes they do no exist for you, then upload those to YouTube. You blatantly made videos which shows you used cheats, DMed people, shit talked admins on multiple occasion and multiple platforms YET you are here saying "I think I deserve a chance". Well no Einstein, this is not your dream world where you can do whatever you can think of and get away with it, everything comes with consequences. The server is much better off without a toxic, immature and degenerated person like you, do not bother to appeal for your ban, it is permanent and won't be removed. You are at no position to leave open statements. You either agree to below or stay banned: 1 instance if you being toxic or try to insult the server by any means you will be banned without consideration . Let me know if you agree or not.

If I unban you, there will be conditions as follows: 1 positive report of DM = permanent ban. 1 positive instance of toxicity or attempt to flame admins in any sort = permanent ban 1 positive instance of trolling where it's not appreciated or welcomes = permanent ban. Well, glad you agreed to your mistakes. You have been nothing but nuisance to community, insulting members, being toxic, flaming administration, DMing, cop baiting and now ended with mass DM. You don't have too extensive history but your history is still pretty shit. So what made you come back? I though you guys found a better place did you not?

You had used up all your chances to get unbanned this is your 4th ban and this was a permanent one, still Daniel was kind enough to set a review for you, but you don't deserve it you have been bothering my admins day and night, bothering management day and night on discord, everything has a limit and so did you bothering which you crossed your appeal is hereby denied and you may not apply before 2022.

I don't give a flying fuck about your quotes, I asked for reason, I'll give you one last chance, write something meaningful that can make me think on this appeal or I will deny you till 2022 without a chance for unban. We don't tolerate immaturity and trolls on official sections of forums.
