neaderthalistic laws ?? these are basic constitutional rights , nevertheless i can relate to this giving the government vulnerable structure.

@Weston why you guys keep denying simple facts , the constitution was written to limit government power , if you guys gonna just constantly reject the system .. may as well remove the governor role as it doesn't provide any levels of credibility.

how do police differentiate between a law-abiding open carrier and someone who intends harm?
open carry in and of itself does not create an arrest-able offense.
- some choose to carry open for the psychological factors of being visibly armed
- some who choose to openly carry their firearm as a preemptive show of force to dissuade would-be attackers from victimizing the open-carrier
- the idea here is that an armed individual presents a more challenging target than someone who is unarmed
- mere open carrying of a firearm by a person, absent additional facts and circumstances, should not result in a disorderly conduct charge from a prosecutor.

well if they have grounds to attack you then you'll defend yourself supposedly , unlike other weapons there is a probability of failure.

- knock out system for melee's (shovel, baseball bat and a cane) when hitting someone close by with one of these weapons you have a %50 chances to knocked them out. both of parties will get a message of %s has knocked out %s or %s has failed to knockout %s.

Shock system - It sets your drunk level to 8000 for XXX seconds(depends on the gun type & endurance ), and keeps vision shaking .

Right now the phone call work like this even tho the /getphone has been removed (thank god)
yet something need a fix that may cause a mild level of meta game.
when you call a stranger number you shouldn't be able to reveal their names even if they answer your call ''except of cource if you knew them and have them listed in your contacts'' thats how the reality works.

(not gonna make any further arguments about real life conceptions cuz apparently it cant be applied in game)
-licenses justifies the possession not the usage. taking that into perception.
this is how it goes :
-they find a concealed firearm on you and you have the license assigned to em you walk free! ; unless got cough threating with your gun.
-tbh to me open carry is way more useful giving the statics. bcuz lets say someone carrying a glock45 and you carried m4a4 both in public at the same time each one of you would tell the odds , however with open carry out of the equation each of you has to engage with one another and before you notice cops arrives to the scene they gonna start randomly shootout claiming to ''sorting it out'' and then you'd predict what happens next.
