  Basically I logged in the server I was at idlewood talking OOCLY to Rick, I said I sell drugs, Matthew Carter was on admin duty talking to Rumen no clue about what, then Arslan appeared out of nowhere, then I jumped on Derek's car he drove off then he said its not allowed to car surf [00:36:21] (( Derek_Carter: not allowed to carsurf, get off. ))
  so he did /slap I was slapped at Pershing square, so I asked him if he wanna continue the roleplay scene at Idlewood I'll happily RP it since I was brought to Commerce by OOC matter, but he was butt hurt no clue @Mikro

Ma'am, this is a roleplay server, you cannot hold the argument that you were not there IC. It was a FBI Agent who recorded you with a roleplayed(ikr) camera commiting an offence to the law. Even if we were there for the drug sell shouting, you wouldn't be able to hold the argument of 'not being there IC'. I took you on the roof of my vehicle and then I slapped you at Pershing to get off as you continously refused to do so. After a FEW minutes (4) as can be seen :

I dont care about what are you saying here and if you wanna speak about horrible attitude I've screens shots of you insulting players constantly I can share them if you wish, and btw I was gonna roleplay if it was an appropriate RP scene I told you get me back to Idlewood and we can continue the scene from there,  since I was there and I was taken OOCLY when I tried to carsurf on your car and you slapped me at Commerce altho I told you get me back at Idlewood before even you taze me but instead you slapped so its obvious that all that was planned, and I haven't insult anyone yet.

Your toxicity has reached the greatest level in Mudoo, and, to be honest, the server is doing just fine without you so I don't see a reason for your unban at all.

This is your first permanent ban for poor roleplay. Others being

-Abusing administration commands,

-Usage of illegal modifications,

-Usage of auto keybinder - script abuse.

 

As all of your rulebreaks are of major degree, they don't require a prior "alysaa dont abuse admin commands or you will be banned" neither a "dont abuse script please, this is a verbal warning."

Clearing that, you've been punished thrice for roleplay reasons such as deathmatch and quitting mid roleplay before getting this ban. So that defines that you're definitely not being mistreated.

 

About this ban, I'd like to give you a chance if you show some level of agreement with me. If you get banned for usage of illegal modifications or script abuse in the future, you will stay permanently banned, no questions asked. If you get punished for reasons related to roleplay, you will receive a 80% wealth cut and you won't be allowed to appeal within 3 months. Do you agree?
