The reasons why I should be unbanned are:

*The picture that was shared, was shared in an unofficial group, it was just a group of 3-4 friends of mine who were also players of mudoo. It is nowhere mentioned in rules that if we share someone’s picture in any group other than mudoo’s official one, we get punished.

*I had permissions to post the person’s picture with my friends and he had forgotten this, but now he has realised it and admits he had given me permissions.

*the person who reported me wants to take his report back and he himself told to me that I should post an unban appeal and he will talk to frank to unban me as he realised I am innocent.

anyways, despite of these reasons, I deleted my posts and apologised to him for my action and he has apologised to me for reporting me.

We already explained you why you are banned, sharing a player his information RL related to laugh at him, especially that involves players of mudoo. Thats strictly prohibited. 

 

We care for our players, any form of leaking information or cyber bullying that harms our players is to directly removed from our community. Thats a zero tolerance policy.

You told me that I am banned for sharing a players picture without his permissions, but Enrico had given me permissions and he didnt mind that I posted his picture. Plus it wasnt intended  to bully a person. I admit that leaking any information without permission is indeed a big mistake but I had his permission plus there is no rule regarding this at forum. I still apologised to him and I apologise to management as well. Now I dont know what is the point in still keeping me banned.

Word of advice, the Server leader is handling this. Instructing him to unban you isn't smart at all, you could gently nudge him about your ban appeal snd not flat out instruct him.

Frank, the person himself told me to post an ban appeal because he wants me to join back. He realised that I am innocent and these are words of himself, not created by my own. You can talk to him on discord again and if possible, then post the screenshot here because I cannot believe that he wants me to be banned.

you cant tell frank what to do or what he's supposed to do - I would also be really, really interested to see how the rest of those conversations went between you and him as I also received some pictures 

 

 

 

 

and we're still waiting for you to answer Frank's question; Where is the proof of him allowing you to spread his picture out in Mudoo related servers and shaming him? From what I saw he felt really offended at the time.

 

maybe if you accepted you're in the wrong you could pull yourself out of this one, however being arrogant and a dick about the whole situation thinking you're right, is not the way to go.

First of all, I didnt order him to do anything, I just provided him with the sceenshots which are relevant to the ban appeal. And about the chat thing, I am sorry but I cant share the chat with you because its not related with the ban appeal.

 When I made enrico realise that he has permitted me to share his picture earlier, he apologised to me. But when I scrolled up to find the chat where he had permitted me to prove to him and you as well but I couldnt find that part of the chat, maybe he has deleted that chat, unfortunately, I had also deleted the picture I had taken before...believe or not, thats the truth. But I ask him 2 questions which clearly show that he wants to take his report back and want Frank to unban me. If Enrico himself has no problem with it, Frank shouldnt either.

The chats you provided in that screenshot are very old one and there was a misunderstanding between us which caused so much anger in him, you can ask that all from him as well if you dont believe me. I showed you the latest proves where everything is clearly mentioned. I think if he wants to take his report back, it doesnt matter if he had permitted me or not.

You wanted a prove that he wants me back, I had old chats but didnt share them, I asked him for new proves, but you still replying me with same old proves. If he now wants me back, ask him again and show me screenshot of him saying no. I provided you with the latest proves now what else do you require to unban me? And if you look deeply, its mistake of staff team. I checked several times the rules posted on forum, nowhere I could find a rule related to leaking information. Tell me a final prove you want to solve this matter, will try to provide that as well.

 

Lets suppose, he didnt give me permission to share his picture, but he said several times to you and me that he wants to take his report back. I dont think theres need of further arguments and proves. nyways tell me a last thing I can get for you as prove.
