  Hello Admin few days ago my cac stopped working and i was not able to login to the server i tried all the ways to login, downloading new gta sa and new gta sampcac. Asked my friends about how to solve this problem before i do multi accounting  I told Matthew carter to help me or remove cac from me he didn't reply me he ignored me then i made thread in help and support section still I got no reply I got ignored then I decided to make new account to talk with admins. I made an account to talk with admins only not to play sorry for scamming Carlo 100k I will return with my original account please un ban me. Forgive me if I sound unusual but this Derek cutter has episodes of mental retardation and his level of understanding is still zero despite being a manager. Didn't respond to my recurrent support requests but was the first when it was about banning me. His dogmatic behavior is responsible why you always keep crying about "wHy wE dOnT hAvE DeCenT PlaYeR bAsE", because of your unacceptable attitude. First force CAC a guy and when your version doesn't work ban him for multi accounting.

  Don't mean to disrespect anyone these are just some facts which I stated.

Right CAC doesnt work, lets just create another account. Its not our fault that you people use GTA sa downloaded from russian websites or w/e. CAC works perfectly fine for eveeyone else. Either way, there was 0 reasons for you to create another account.

You purposely used the account multiple times in this timespan (June-now) and you even used it to scam people in casino which drew my attention upon you. On top of your punishment list, insulting a Manager in an unban request is just not right. Denied.
