Reason: Since all the houses near my groups HQ are already taken, I wish to request an access to purchase housing in Idlewood projects. Before V3 came out, there were even available individual houses, I even owned 1. Also makes sense to add them houses available for purchase since its a gang territory.

It can be made a projects building with apartments inside, I will set it up myself.

why cant there be at least 2 project buildings made as private housings? in previous version before V3 it was a thing? possible to make it again?
