What is C4? 

- C4 is an explosive item used to nuke ATMs for which you get marked money. 

Where to get C4? 

- You can get C4 from dealers that spawn at Los Santos - SF between 22:00 - 5:00 in-game time. It shows as a yellow blip on the map. 

-Use [/dealer] to buy. It will cost you $5,000 ((You can hold 3 C4 only at once)) 

 

- Command to plant - [/plantc4]

 

ATMs that can be robbed:- Gas Station 9, Willowfield, Jefferon, Palomino Creek, Blueberry, Angle Pine, Fort Carson, Las Payasadas, Las Venturas, and San Fierro
ATMs that can't be robbed:- Market, Cityhall, and Rodeo ATMs are the only ones that can't be robbed unless management adds more...

No I guess they have restrict it for temporary but if not then I'll edit it soon once I confirm myself in few days
