  Well, I've been told to wait a month to make another ban appeal, but it was apparently a misunderstanding and I've to clarify.. It was not intentionally done to hide my identity.. I'm not ban evading to do so, My clean GTA client was crashing so I used the my old gta client which had mods.. I thought I deactivated it but i realised it was not.. however, if you just asked me without punishing I would just remove it cuz for real I never knew about it.. in addition, Kacper TVed me and inspected my files, seemed to be clean as he said. I got those files deleted and fixed the clean gta client, we can just forget about it.

Adding(( I never used mods for gaining advantage on other people))
