I was offended for "lying" and you still insist that I've used illegal modification but I'm not in good position to defend myself since the whole statement is against my side. In addition, I played this server with no intention of violating any rule. During my last days around, I was avoiding anything that would lead to any misunderstanding but still. Shit happens again.

Personal comment I elaborated everything already on discord ticket. In my defense, I never used aimbot in valrise or anyother roleplay server, it happened that I used it actually in DM servers where I spam C-bug using Desert eagle. However, that illegal file you found was not on the PC that I play on, it was on the laptop since very long time and I never use that laptop to play valrise, it is lagging and low end one actually. I just used the laptop to provide a FTP session to a cadet that was waiting for me for 2 days.. and I had to quickly log in. I forgot that I had that file installed and in fact I did not use it at all. I'm known with good shooting skills and quick reaction. No need for using it at all and I record some of my gameplays. I don't know if it is going to be considered as another false ban or not. But trust me, I did nothing at all.

It was not intentionally done to hide my identity.. I'm not ban evading to do so, My clean GTA client was crashing so I used the my old gta client which had mods.. I thought I deactivated it but i realised it was not.. however, if you just asked me without punishing I would just remove it cuz for real I never knew about it.. in addition, Kacper TVed me and inspected my files, seemed to be clean as he said. I got those files deleted and fixed the clean gta client, we can just forget about it. Adding(( I never used mods for gaining advantage on other people))

Casino Scam Personal comment Well, You had to wait me to get ig because I told the person that I will pay him, I thought I had money in my bank account but When I tried to transfer I found that i’ve gone bankrupt… however, if you just waited me to get IG and contact me instead of banning while offline, I could’ve paid him right now because I already collected the money for him but not on me… however, I’ve a huge punishment history “intensive punishment history” within a very short time and I know that, I’ve no choice now just to be more familiar to the rules, however, I want another chance.
