BONE COUNTY SAFETY ACT 2023

SAN ANDREAS GOVERNMENT

 

 

Enacted by Governor Kira Hernandez on the 15th of February 2023 and enters into force on the 16th of February 2023.

 

 


 

The Bone County Safety Act represents another step to end the ongoing suppression in Bone County by ruthless organisations such as Lashkar Al-Mujahideen, the U.S Congress recognizes the said group officially a terrorist group and a threat to our national security.
This Act provides a legal basis for the San Andreas Police Department & San Andreas Sheriff Department and significantly expands the ability to deal with the illegal activities in Bone County as well as for Federal agencies & departments.

 

This Act is enforceable in the designated grey area, as shown on the map below.

Bone County Safety Act;

 

BSA §1. This Act may be cited as the Safety Act.

 

BSA §2. This Act is enforceable in the designated area as provided in picture to this Act. 

 

BSA §3.  Any three or or more persons who shall assemble together to make any attempt or motion towards an unlawful act shall be deemed unlawful assembly.

a) Failure to disassociate from an unlawful assembled group constitutes the same unlawful act.

 

BSA §4. Glorification of violent acts by words of mouth or writing that could inspire others to take part in it is prohibited and shall be punished by imprisonment.

a) Any person shall not explicitly or publicly advocate the anarchist ideology of Lashkar Al-Mujahideen.

b) No person shall create or disseminate misinformation with the intend to undermine social order in Bone County. 

 

BSA §5. Holding more than seventy-five rounds of a firearm that can shoot automatically more than seven rounds without reloading is prohibited.

a) Holding more than twenty-five rounds of a firearm with a magazine that can hold seven rounds or less is prohibited.
b) BSA §5. opens for law enforcement to conduct body search on suspicious individuals.

 

BSA §6. Any person shall not knowingly conceal or share in the proceeds of the illegal activities of Lashkar Al-Mujahideen.

a) A person shall not provide benefit to the activities of Lashkar Al-Mujahideen.

 

BSA §7. The airspace above Bone County may be restricted for prolonged periods of times by the State Government, the San Andreas Police Department, Sheriff Department, U.S. Navy and Space Force and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

BSA §8. State and Federal law enforcement officials and the military are to enforce the sovereignty of the airspace above Bone County by conducting airspace enforcement with fighter jets and attack helicopters. Aircraft within the airspace at the time when it is restricted is to be ordered to land at a nearest airport and all occupants be identified. Aircraft failing to obey orders issued by the State and Federal law enforcement officials and military are subject to being taken down.

BSA §9. Checkpoints may be formed at the tolls bordering Bone County by State and Federal law enforcement officials and military in order to secure safe and free passage for the citizens.

BSA §10. Combat patrols may be conducted within the territory of Bone County by State and Federal tactical teams and military in order to suppress any signs of rebellion within the territory. 

BSA §11. State and Federal law enforcement officials and military are granted permission to utilize special weapons in situations where explosive ordinance weaponry is used by the terrorists. If the terrorists use RPGs, IEDs, grenades, or other such explosive ordinance weapons, the

BSA §12. State and Federal law enforcement may deploy equivalent or greater force weapons against them, including: RPGs, IEDs, fighter jets, attack helicopters, tanks, and other.

Bone County Safety Act 2023

After sending a government representative to Bone County to verify the situation. It was declared that it's safe and the citizens are not to bound to the regulations stated in the act above.
Bone County Safety Act 2023 is officially inactive.
