ADVERTISEMENT RULES

In order to post an advertisement, it strictly must not include any illegal items. In addition, it must meet one of the following criteria:

• The advertisement refers to the sale or trade of an asset (House/Vehicle/Business/Office/Physical in-game item/etc). In that case, you must describe what you're selling in detail.
   
• The advertisement refers to buying something
   
• The advertisement refers to a business group, an event, or an auction
  -> Refers to an auction means the promotion of an auction, such as posting its link, etc. Actual auctions in the advertisements board are not allowed.
   
• The advertisement is a promotion for something else that isn't strictly mentioned in this topic, but can fall under the category of advertisements and promotions. If you're in doubt, feel free to contact an administrator.

Key Definitions:

• Buyout: Refers to the price which will be paid by the buyer to the seller in order to buy the advertised asset
   
• Market Value: Refers to the market value of the property which will be paid by the buyer to the server during /purchase in order to buy the advertised asset (Present only in properties)
   

Rules:

• Unlike auctions, advertisements and offers made to buy are not law-binding. A seller has the right to withdraw his advertisement at any time. A buyer who made his offer has the right to change his mind and not buy at any time. The only exception is if the buyer has already sent his money, or the seller already transferred the asset. In that case, no side may withdraw from the deal under any case. Such rulebreaks will be handled administratively.
   
• In case of selling, you must mention the price you're willing to sell for. You cannot ask people to make offers/bids and then sell to the highest offer. That is to be done in the auctions board.
   
• In case of the sale of a property, the seller must mention the property's GPS and market value, as well as any upgrades if present.
   
• In case of the sale of a vehicle, the seller must mention the vehicle's model, plate number if a custom one is installed, as well as any upgrades on the vehicle if present.
   
• Advertisements have a time limit of 2 weeks. After that, they'll be archived. Exceptions will be applied to topics that have recent activity of relevant discussions. Posts like "Bump" will not be counted.

I want to put an asset for sale and sell to highest offer, instead of mentioning the sale price, what should I do?
That is an auction. This is not for the advertisements board. Auctions can be posted in the auctions board, and must strictly follow the auctions rules.

Why make this change?
Previously, "auctions" would be posted in the advertisements board without being bound by any rules or consequences if the seller suddenly decides to withdraw, or the bidder changes his mind about buying. This rendered the auctions section useless, since people preferred to avoid the legal consequences of the auctions board. This change is to ensure the rights of both the seller and the buyer.
