I. INTRODUCTION

This program enables employees of the Police and Fire Department to receive financial support in financing their houses or vehicles. The goal of the program is to promote long term employment in these government agencies by making it easier for the employees to attain a property or a vehicle.

 

Employees of the Police or Fire department must file an application in this topic to request for financial support. They must specify what they will purchase with the money (house or vehicle) and other details about the asset such as: specific location of the property, value of the property, vehicle model, and so on. Then, once the application is filed, government will review the request and determine whether the candidate for the support passes the requirements.

 

II. REQUIREMENTS

A. In General

  1. The Government reserves the rights to reject the support request applications which are deemed unreasonable.
  2. An individual may receive financial support from government once per six months.
  3. If the request is rejected, another one may be submitted a month from the last one.
  4. If the request is approved, you may not file for another one for the time period specified under II -> A -> 2.

 

B. Police Department

  1. Must have been an employee for at least two months.
  2. Must be ranked at least Police Officer I or higher.
  3. Must have not received any severe punishments in the last four months.
    1. Severe punishments are: dishonorable discharge, or demotion.
  4. Must be cleared by the Command Staff.
  5. Must be able to cover 50% of the cost of the asset.

 

C. Fire Department

  1. Must have been an employee for at least one month.
  2. Must be ranked at least Fire Fighter I / EMT.
  3. Must have not received any severe punishments in the last two months.
    1. Severe punishments are: dishonorable discharge, or demotion.
  4. Must be cleared by the Command Staff.
  5. Must be able to cover 50% of the cost of the asset.

 

D. Those who submit a request for government support agree with:

  1. Continuing to actively and dedicatedly serve in the respective agency for a period of four months.
  2. For every two million dollars above five million dollars, you agree to work for an additional one month.
    1. For example: for seven million dollars you would have to work for five months / for nine million dollars you would have to work for six months.
  3. Use the provided money for the purpose specified in the application.
  4. Paying back the provided money in case of termination from the respective agency (OR) resignation from the respective agency (OR) becoming unable to actively and dedicatedly continue to serve for the period specified under section II -> D -> 1.
  5. Having all their assets up to the value of the provided money seized in case of violation of these terms under section II -> D.
