What is the reason?

Firstly i prefer the new place and i have 6 vehicles including a roadtrain and utility vans e.t.c  which are difficult to park at my house as it has a small parking area. As i am trucking more often so this new place is more suitable for parking as it has a big place in backside. It had been already a house there which was relocated i guess, i don't see any problem setting it up again. Moreover there is water behind it to park boats.
