  1. I did not evade from a punishment, Bailey was taking dozens of minutes to do what he has to, I had to go off urgently and I just logged off. I told him he can contact me via discord whatever he needs.

   

  THE PUNISHMENT BAILEY LOOSE THINKS I EVADED WAS THAT I PMED TAHJ VENDETTA IF HE WOULD CONSIDER SELLING HIS BINCO, I DIDN'T KNOW THAT WASN'T ALLOWED IN A LIGHT RP SERVER LIKE VALRISE, SO I TOLD HIM IF HE WANTS TO WARN ME, HE CAN DO IT ANY TIME AND CONTACT ME VIA DISCORD AND I TOLD HIM I AM GOING OFF - NO ONE EVADED A PUNISHMENT HERE, BAILEY WAS JUST PROVOKING ME BY STALLING, TALKING FOR TOO LONG, WRITING "STOP" EVERY SECOND. 
  HE WAS RUINING MY GAMEPLAY AND I KEPT BEING CALM ABOUT IT, HE'S ONE OF THE VERY FEW ADMINS WHO RUIN THE GAMEPLAY AND BOTHER PLAYERS FOR SMALLEST THINGS. YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON THE PEOPLE WHO ADMINISTRATE ON THIS SERVER AND HOW THEY DESTROY THE GAMEPLAY WITH THEIR AUTISITC BEHAVIOR TOWARDS THE PLAYERS.

   

  REPEATED PROVOCATION OF STAFF MEMBERS - I WASN'T PROVOKING ANYONE, THEY FELT PROVOKED BECAUSE I WAS TELLING THEM TO BACK OFF AND LET ME PLAY THE FUCKING GAME IN PEACE. FOR ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - IT SHOULD TAKE MAXIMUM OF 10 MINUTES (with Kacper who is capable - maximum of 3 minutes), BUT WITH BAILEY LOOSE WHO CONSTANTLY BULLIED ME - IT TAKES 20-45 MINUTES EVERY TIME HE RESPONDS TO A TICKET.

   

  2. Excessive punishment history - I honestly don't think my punishment history is so excessive, I had a couple of warnings and one temp ban as far as I recall.

   

  3. Eduardo Santos took a lot of actions against me and my group which were stopped - such as removing the official status over one shootout, banning me for no gun fear during an OOC situation, etc. Somehow he appeared to be the banning administrator, I find it biased because he has anger issues and cannot think clearly and make non-heated decisions. This was confirmed several times as I was once unbanned minutes after he banned me and the second time we got our official status back 10 days after his decision to remove it (yea, enemies brandished guns on us, we shot at them - DM, whatever it was, not a reason to make such heated decisions).

   

  4. I was bothered by Bailey Loose constantly and I was telling him to fuck off several times (yes, I agree it was disrespectful, but he was literally stopping my roleplays every hour to talk about some bullshit).

Dear Valrise RP Staff Team,

 

After re-thinking the entire situations which brought me up here, I came to a question but also a few apologies from my side.

 

1. Eduardo Santos was involved in executing the character kill on me. FBI member PMed me if I would like to move on with the RP, I felt like going offline but somehow I managed to find some motivation and stay to end it. And I did, they TPed me to FBI holding cells and we moved on to finish the character kill. Eduardo Santos was present during the entire situation. After I was character killed, Eduardo banned me.

My question is - Why wasn't I banned the same moment I logged into the game? If I deserved the punishment, it should've been executed immediately, NOT AFTER the character kill. Can you please answer this question reasonably?

 

2. I would like to apologize for my slightly arrogant and rude behavior towards staff members, who were definitely passively aggressive, I am aware that I shouldn't let myself be provoked by various slow, sometimes brainless reactions and simply show respect to them all the way to the end of the situation.

Anyhow, my statements still stand - I was constantly bothered by several administrators, my gameplay was not only ruined but also wasted on long admin situations over small, easily solvable problems. As these actions kept repeating, the tension grew and I said a few bad words (nothing toxic nor personal) such as "fuck off, hop off ma' dick" and similar words. I do apologize for letting those words out, but I got to add that I ALWAYS said "do what you got to do" meaning "Punish me if you have to, I'll just keep playing and ignore any further unnecessary conversations re-talking the entire situation for God knows how many times.
