Reason: I apologise for two in one, they are both next to each other and it is easier to explain my intentions this way:

I would like these properties as I would like to RP an estate agent and place them for sale. I have an office skin/black premier which is perfect for customer viewings, and properties that are appealing like this either aren't set or are already taken.

Both properties pictured by SMB. Left - 1, right - 2.

Preferably would have property icons facing the beach. If possible yard added to the left of property 1 (already modelled) and if possible on the back/halfway between both properties.
I intend to add furniture outside for a dividing fence that extends the existing white fence.

Interiors 129/128/72 I don't mind
