Want to switch location between Bar and office (both owned by me)

I Want to switch location between Bar and office, and i have some reasons.

first the bar is in East LS and there's already 2 bars in the area and the bar exterior looks like a prison   and it's a dead area while my office in Elcorona and so close to GS9 and there's is 2 group HQs in there (NBA, RADIO 2000)

so i thought that will be better, cause maybe players will use it to RP(it fits for many RP scenes, in the back criminal activities like drugs deal and things like that, and inside to RP meetings.

and the last, PROFITS the office in GS9 so i think the profits will be decent  which will help me RP as i wanted to (you can ask me in PM how i RP if you want to)
