Reason: I do need it for roleplay purposes, and for profit, not to note that there's only one place in that town where you can obtain food and it's too far from people so most of the time, people in town has to travel long to LS or LV to get food. (I think it was disabled in the past due to the inactivity of the owner himself maybe)

Alright since that is impossible, I like to change it to area transfer
Move the current shop I own at Old Venturas Strip(in pic below) with its yard, and add it to the one I sent above.
