Franklin Verdera's picture was taken in 1996 at Rendy's Club.

Franklin Verdera was an ex-member of an organized crime gang in Liberty City, several gang members were arrested in 1998 in Liberty City Broker at one of the drugs projects while DEA took the hit, Verdera managed to escape from the projects and went to Algonquin to see the former boss of the gang.
Few months after the bust, Franklin Verdera was tricked by the former boss of the gang and he was lured into a trap where he then took out his Smith n Wesson revolver, and killed two members and the former boss.

Franklin Verdera was arrested later in 2010 for illegal possesion of a firearm and was released five years after being imprisoned in the Correctional Facility of Liberty City.
