Lying to Administration Personal comment As a former Valrise:RP server player and gaining 750+ hrs of playtime in 1 year I was looking to forward to getting unban from the server. I got ban for lying to administration and at the end i exposed myself to the admins and admited to lying to them, as i was told there would be nothing bad going to happen.After i told the truth i got ban.My punishment history is very clean And an fellow staff member can verify,and i think the punishment was not,what i suppose of my low knolage i souldev had been punished for. Im really sorry for what have done and i apologize with all my word.I promise what once hapend isn't going to happen again. Please relook this appeal and give me a second chance. *NOTE-I Was asked to repost on ((21.06.2022)),but im hoping seince B-Day month i got un-ban Sooner*

One of the reasons I asure you it wont happend again is that for all this time of my ban I have searched for another server to play but I never found a server better than Valrise. I have great will and wish to play on yours server again with my friends and I will be carefull with my actions and behavior in the future. It was embarrassing, but I learned that nobody appreciated my poor behavior. Personal comment Howdy lads, hope ya all doing good and great! I am here today to discuss my ban appeal, seeking justice again. After a fine kill on Dizzy, he immediately suspected I was cheating so he confronted me and offered his routine TeamViewer check, but I refused and instead offered him a live discord screen share, because I was told that people can access some sensitive data through TeamViwer, such as emails etc.. Not that I don't trust Dizzy but I just couldn't. I hesitated at first but then I made my decision. Its pretty simple, I also had some important documents laying around my desktop at that time so I just played it safe. According to my poor knowledge, a screen share is as good as TV. All he had to do is guide me and I told him that I'd follow every step he says but it just didn't satisfy him sadly. The evidences Dizzy had were irrelevant and hardly indicates that I was cheating, he just went with his guts on this hoping he could find something on me. So I'm asking you to please re-consider my appeal, because these accusations are false and I am not guilty! And thats about it, I wish ya a blessed day, peace!

Cheats Personal comment Hello i was told to do ban appeal in the first week of june. -so i was playing with my first account Frank_Shelbi like yall players and i got banned by Chris_Harris,at (2021) and i didn't know there was a fourm to do ban appeal or something,and i said it's fine i create another charchter Scott_nox and i keeps playing with it and i got banned by Benson_Jefferson for Adverties,and that was my first roleplay server i played and i swear i didn't know there was a fourm can make me unbanned,i thought if i got ban,i can make new account and play with that,and i get bored i didn't play for a long time,when i came back i created pedro_diaz and i keeps playing with this charchter for weeks,and i got banned i was with Aztecas group,in discord when i told them everything they told me about the fourms and you can be unbanned,and today am here for that and am so sorry for that i deleted all my cheats and i won't to do anything wrong again i just wanna play some roleplay in better servers like Valrise roleplay i hope you understand my siuation . -i'm sorry for my english and Thanks.

Crashing to avoid TV (then deleting mods during crash) Personal comment As the ban reason states, I was requested to allow TeamViewer access to Benson due to a report made against me, I believe. He teleported me to San Fierro and proceeded to explain that if at any point I disconnect/crash, I will be banned. Upon being teleported, I was greeted with 3 warning messages, which were models failing to load. [16:19:31] Warning: Model 294 wouldn't load in time! [16:19:31] Warning: Model 111 wouldn't load in time! [16:19:32] Warning: Model 184 wouldn't load in time! As soon as this happened, I knew my game would either crash at that moment or when I tab out - my game has a very high tendency to just crash even without these warning signs, however, it is definite it will happen at some point after these messages are shown. I told Benson that it was very likely I was going to crash as soon as I go to open TeamViewer, and I did - he seemed to have taken my word for it though, as he reached out to me on discord to allow me to prove some innocence, which I respect. Would also like to add that I attempted to relog as soon as I crashed, but was greeted by a banned message. Between the time of crashing and allowing TeamViewer access, I do not believe I would have had time to do anything to cover up any cheats. I allowed TeamViewer access and allowed him to look through my files - it was clear to see that my files were modified shortly before logging in for the day (it was actually the day before), so this raised suspicions, as it was the CLEO folder (as well as other folders). The reason for this was due to an attempt to fix the games crashing errors. Those who know me know my game tends to crash a lot. Following this, he found that I did delete a CLEO which was renamed, apparently (not entirely sure as I was sent the mod a good while ago). The reason for this deletion was due to it being a potential reason for crashing the game. The deletion happened prior to being reported or coming in game for the day, but I understand the suspicions that were raised. Following the discovery of this, Benson deemed it was insufficient evidence to prove innocence and therefore the ban was not lifted. I assure you that no hacks were used - if the time and data is checked relative to the time I was reported, you can check my hits (if it was for aimbot?) and you will see that several shots were missed - I just seemed to hit a few nice shots on two snipers. On top of this, if you retrieve my disconnect/crash history, you'll see that many of my disconnects were due to crashes. Thanks.

And I also do understand that I have disappointed Inferno and Kacper the most since I was a staff member and I wouldn't blame them because this isn't really my first fuck up, but here I am once again posting an appeal hoping to have a chance to return to the community, surely after removing every single crap that was found on my PC; I am not going to justify my actions anymore but instead, I have used aimbot to gain advantage over everyone else and I do not really know what came through my mind when I even took the decision to install such crap on my PC but the thing that you people should know is that I never intended to keep it on my PC, but I did so it still counts. But now, I am kindly asking the server management to give me another chance and I promise to not any sort of illegal modifications once again, I have realized that this community is what kept me entertained for the past 3 years and I've been an asshole to it, I would like to apologize and get another chance, if possible.

Yesterday only i installed the modification for paintball and i use it to defeat the other players, but i learned that cheating is not fair and oneday you'll have to pay for it, and today i got banned by a staff member... Sir, i'am playing this server from 1 year and respect the hardwork of staff and developers, and i cheated for sake of my happiness and disrespected the whole staff by breaking a rule, that will be great favour on me if you give me another chance to play in server, and i will never repeat this mistake I'am extremely sorry to whole staff team, please forgive and i will never repeat this ever again.
