Management mutual decision Personal comment I was banned for multiple breach of rules which I havent done recently, I was inactive for 7 months prolly joined 10 hours the last 7 months, the only wrong this that I did is carsurfing, Eduardo took screenshots of my montage there and obviously we cut the videos, he took screenshot of me not leaving the area after killing ballas and shooting cops directly but what happened is that Billy was stuck down there fighting cops, and since I'm one of the group members I had to give a hand. Billy's video: About carsurfing I understand the magnitude of my actions that lead me here once again, I did not wish to cause any harm or damage the server. I was misinformed about the surfing patriot situation however thats still all on me and my fault. I simply apologise and wish to returm to the server with new energy.

Community Banned- Leaking irl pictures of community members. Personal comment - few months ago i have re-shared IRL pictures of some of community members/staff that were shared previously by some other community banned person, i have apologized to each one of them privately on discord plateform, hopefully they have really forgiven me. - Today i decided to quit banevading after i had a little talk with one of the adminstrators that i have re-shared his IRL pictures (Enes-Soprano), he gave me this opportunity to ban appeal my community ban and to be reviewed by management of Valrise Gaming community. I truly apologize for the constant banevading under a lot of names in the last 3 months, it is true that i have made a lot of good characters (such as DeOntray) that have never pissed off anyone, neither rulebreaked, but i know right that it is not a reason to keep banevading as it is forbidden on any server's rules, also sincere apologies for the accounts that i was retarted on, that were disturbing Valrise's players gameplay with either Deathmatching or Random robbing people (if you want me to state all my ban evading accounts please mention that on a reply). As well as Valrise's administration team, that had to deal with my stupidity everytime, wasting their time refunding the other parties that have been Deathmatched by me. I shouldn't have behaved the way i did and I know apologizing after the shit ton of DM fests that i have made on multiple accounts wont make any difference to the management, neither the player base of the server, but going back over to the past is impossible, im trying to take the right path starting from today and quit banevading and disturbing people's game right n left. - Again im deeply sorry for all what i have done and I'll promise you either this ban was lifted or not, i won't banevade anymore, and if there are any conditions i do accept them. I'm writing this appeal to accept my mistakes and to apologize for being so irresponsible. I feel embarrassed and ashamed by the way I acted since i got banned. Using hacked weapons Personal comment I used the journey van exploit in which I /getin and then /getout of the van and it doubles the ammo of any weapon I had on me. I did it for my own selfish reasons, mainly to be able to get ahold of a weapon, no matter the possession of a license. I then proceeded to stash the weapons in a small motel I owned in Angel Pine. I never sold or gave the weapons to anyone. I strictly used them for myself. I knew what I was doing was wrong but again, I was just selfish at that moment and didn't even think about any consequences. To be honest, for some reason I didn't even think you would find out. Usage of illegal modification (Refuse TV) Personal comment Ahh..Some time ago i was banned, and I'm truly sorry that i didn't give you a TV. The reason for doing so is that my computer is very old and it can't properly run programs such as Teamviewer ; Screen-sharing through Discord, and more. I'd like to apologize for my bad behavior that I've showed in my recent ban appeals. And as I've told i don't have the required space for Team-viewer, because the computer is used between me and my brother, it was originally bought for school instead of playing games, hence it can't run nor download such programs. I would never hack, because it ruins the experience of other players and it's not fun to do, because you get unfair advantage and put no skill or hours into the game. Yes, I understand that my previous ban was my last and that my ban punishment is very bad, but there is no other community, such as this. I really enjoy playing on this server and talking to the community, I really don't want to leave it. I'm very very sorry for my actions in the past and now.
