Personal comment (Not sure when I got banned, roughly 8 months I'd assume) I'd like to come back to the ban appeals section to apologise for my actions and my discrimination towards administration with comments, threats and overall disrespect. I'd love a chance to return to the community and clear my name, it would feel good to no longer be viewed as that guy who plays the server like its some sort of joke, and take myself seriously. Other players were given this chance and have flourished in the community and that makes me believe that with my dedication and motivation in playing with my friends that I can make sure to be sensible and not break the same rules or disrespect the same people. I have several players backing me one of them even being a member of staff, now I have made a promise to those people that if they back me in becoming reliable and sensible in the server. I would like to enjoy playing with my friends again, believe it or not I have plenty of them in the server and it would mean the world for me if I could share that pleasure of spending time with them within the community we all love. Besides I'd like to comment a lot of the players I had prior heat and disagreements with are no longer part of the community. This gives me a perfect chance to start over and turn a new leaf. I'd like to prove that I can be a normal player within the community and leave all of the toxicity and issues in the past. If my ban appeal is denied, it would mean the world if you guys could atleast reason with me or tell me where to go from here. A good amount of my friends are hoping I return and be a good member of the community and I don't want to let them down. Also I would like to add that in the time span I haven't played I have participated in other roleplay communities and I have kept a very clean record this alone makes me believe I can perform the way that I am expected to. Aimbot Personal comment Hello, I just got banned for using aimbot (WHICH I DO NOT EVEN HAVE) by Sabrina_Hernandez. I was at El corona as mechanic looking for people that need repair. I came and asked if anyone needs a repair and there was a guy that said "[18:41:38] Liwanaski Jremson says [Mexican accent]: A pair to my heart." Then I went back to my utility and when I was going into the vehicle a guy pointed gun at me (shotgun), so I stepped out and knocked him. (OTHER 2 WERE NOT ARMED | There was 1 more person with a rifle). One of them robbed the knocked guy to get the shotgun and shot at me as well so I killed him as well and then rifle guy attacked me who I think missed every shot. I was talking to the last guy there to put his hands up and they were saying "[18:44:47] (( Rio Juarez: admin ))" "[18:44:10] (( Esteban Delgadillo: I will report you for hack. ))" "[18:44:01] (( Esteban Delgadillo: When he was shot, he continued to shot me... ))". Then another guy came from behind attacked me with shotgun and died as well and then I stabbed the guy that I tried to rob. After that I got banned for "Aimbot" which I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THIS ADMIN GOT ANY EVIDENCE TO BAN ME FOR "AIMBOT". If you have any other questions ask below! -

Dizzy When did you get banned? 01/01/2019 What is the ban reason? not going on teamviewer, suspected for illegal mods Personal comment I'm aware of my rough past and It has been years prior to my ban, I apologize for my rough history, After speaking to Dizzy and other cheat specialists, Dizzy said he wouldn't mind If I was unbanned, I always denied teamviewer since day 1 of Valrise but from now on If you guys are willing to let me play on the server I will not deny teamviewer checks anymore, I told Dizzy directly that he or any other cheat specialist may teamviewer check me any day any time I wouldn't deny it. If the management of this server could give me a final straw out of the kindness of their heart, It would mean a lot. - Also I'd like to add that It had been years prior to my ban and I am no longer interested in illegal modifications on this game and If I were to get a final chance, I'd use the chance wisely and not make any mistakes, I respectfully request the staff team to give me one final benefit of the doubt and allow me to play again. Personal comment I'm not gonna sit here and spill my heart out, but I have explored other communities and I have found a way to conduct myself in a manner that doesn't obstruct those around me. And reached a level of maturity to which I can uphold the standards of conduct in a roleplay environment. I apologise for the many annoyances I caused in the past, to be honest if I get unbanned I'm not sure if I'm gonna play as much as I did. But the fact is, I miss my friends they meant a lot to me and did affect my life in a positive way, would mean a lot if you could look past my many issues, and face the future of what is to come. I'm not gonna be dumb anymore, not gonna be toxic anymore, not gonna shit talk the staff about my ideology of how they should or shouldn't conduct themselves. Using of illegal mod/hack Personal comment Today, I just install a kind of illegal mod by some miss understanding or in a thought of a library / functionality mod that helps in a creation of ahk script and then asking in discord ticket support that is it allowed or not and just check by dizzy, but he see some kind of hack or illegal mod in a ss that send by me in support ticket, that ain't allowed to use. Its all in front of admins/manager. I even don't know its illegal modification just installed for the first time in a creation of AHK script. Even no where write its a cheat or illegal mod, i only download it in a miss understanding.

Banned Accounts Are; •Akiira_Toriyama •Chiyo_Toriyama Akiira_Toriyama is my Main Account And Chiyo_Toriyama is my Alternative Account. I logged on Chiyo_Toriyama today and The Admin Zac_Hernandez saw that and Banned Me from the server. He asked some questions before banning me from the server. At that time, I lied to him because I had some fear. I had done the same thing in /rules. Coming to the subject, My Main Account name Akiira_Toriyama has low money and I had some laziness to make money again by working (only at that time) So I decided to log on to my Alternative Account name Chiyo_Toriyama. It's a Low-Level Account so I thought I can make some money by begging players and sending it to my main account by Bank Transfer but I never expect this will happen. Illegal Modifications Personal comment So basically I was banned for raksamp which I didnt know wasnt actually allowed, basically raksamp is another client so you can basically log into the server without having samp opened, I did this so I could gain a little xp while I was gone which doesnt work anyways since the bot kicks you from the game, The guy Valox that reported me to the admins told my friend Mafik that it was legal and allowed so then I used it, since its allowed on horizon roleplay and many other servers I've played so I was lied to, But im assuming he didnt even know what raksamp was because he also said that it was a "weapon cheat" when its not at all, it gives no advantages either, its just used for logging into the server, it comes with no hacks its just a client that you can use to use the samp chat without actually playing the game itself, so I think a kick should of been better since this is so minor.
