Police Officer I and above are allowed to /trace.
/area removal test phase is working like a charm. I do not see anything wrong with it. Unskilled cops complain about it because they were used to /area.
/area should be removed permanently and people should start putting more effort in chasing/finding suspects.

We do have armour upgrades now. It upgrades the vehicle up to 2000 health.

Not really. I did weed while being a cop. I got caught because of my own fault.
NPC should be removed, drugs should circle around players.
Regarding you saying to decreese grow time. No. It should be increased instead. I could do 2 3 kilos a day and still could do my police duty.
