How do you describe yourself as a person
As in person, I would describe myself as a motivated person, a good role model of being kind and helpful. I love playing SA-MP, and it's an important routine in my daily life. So do the entire Valrise community.

What are your motives for becoming a moderator?
I'm trying to make this place more enjoyable, rather than seeing your own friends and random people joining and leaving at the same time cause some weirdos are ruining their experience and game play. I would also force the rules on everyone, and try as much as I could to make the server more welcoming, and hopefully help out in maintaining the server activity.

How will you deal with a friend that is asking for favors?
In order to be a superior in one place, you will have to drop down any favors and avoid any relationships that could possibly be an obstacle towards your career, whether it's a game related or an IRL situation. Being moderator is that you're literally swearing you're not dropping the trust that the Management will be putting in you, and you've to be fair within terms of players and game play.

How will you deal with a new player that keeps on rule-breaking, after several warnings?
Well, if it has been several warnings in already then I will either have to take it to my superiors, or on my personal view to the situation, I either permanently, or temporarily ban that player. Might as well force him to read the rules, and make sure that he did to have a chance back into the server if he's willing to stay and have a good time.

I had a key role in SAPD
in the past and the subject that you bring right now has been reviewed several times on our server.
You see the obstacle is that the Volunteer system is something our server can't work without.
Volunteers are people that like policing but don't have the opportunity to enter the Police Department, for instance in case the recruitment is closed.
The Police Department wants Volunteers because this server cannot work with solely official members, well it can operate, but it will be very difficult and tiring to keep up, this will lead members to give up.
This method of giving the chance to many new players to try the Police roleplay is a very unique feature that you don't see in a standard roleplay server.
It promotes a core value of Valrise Gaming which is to provide players opportunities to do things. It also provides SAPD with a chance to see how a person responds to situations before choosing him.
It is true, that some times Volunteers may not work as desired, what you can do is take screenshots or maybe even videos and fill a report OOC or IC depending on the case.
Another way to fix the problem of course is to join the department and help as I did.
And if I can tell you something from my experience, it is that Volunteers that perform like that, typically last only several days before they are punished or blocked from entering the Cop Duty.
So, I hope my reply makes you understand why the Volunteer System is essential in our server, hopefully, it won't happen again but it if does, take evidence!
