Like my colleagues have mentioned, you must have at least a good English capabilities and enough knowledge of the language rules as well as the server basics, I have seen you in game several times in silence mode you are not helpful at all, inactive and you have a very low English skills and that is manifested through your writing above.
I disrecommend you due to reasons mentioned above, work on them in order to gain a chance that could make join our staff team.

First of all I have noticed that you are applying to be a staff member with this account [RO]Jergood, but in the same time you are applying to unban this account [RO]Koke using the same forum account!
So that I see that you are all brothers playing under the same IP address, and since your brother's account has been banned for using Proaim, you all cannot join either.
That was just a conclusion, apart from that I will dis-recommend you as you are helpless, semi-active and low knowledge about the server's basics commands.

You've been using it such a long time, many players complained about that, since you have killed them multiple times using that Proaim.

Since you proved that you deserve a chance in joining our STAFF team multiple times and that is manifested through your insistence and not giving up your hope, and also by helping newbies in game and trying to be friendly and nice with them as well as with our STAFF members, just be more active and work on your maturity to avoid any dis-recommendation from any other staff member.
Your English seems to be quit good to makes you eligible and it gives you a chance to be a STAFF member.
Anyhow, I do recommend you due to reasons mentionned above, just one more thing and take it as an advice: Never ever talk about your Moderator application in game, otherwise your application will be denied!

You're kind of helpful, you seem to be available at every chance you got to give your hande to newbies, you're also friendly just try to work on your maturity, and I hope you increase your activity in game in order to be eligible to join our STAFF team.

You are significantly inactive in game, and that'd decrease your chance in gaining my vote, you are not helpful as I have noticed, your English skills are quit good (the only things that you did not respect punctuations' rules, grammar and capitalization).
