Hello. Your ban reason was "ban evasion", basically means you've been banned from this server before. We're 100% certain of this and no point of you lying about it. I suggest you stop wasting your time applying for an appeal on this account and try to appeal on your main account that was banned before. Maybe we'll consider unbanning that account by then. There were no other people to hack beside you. I don't need to show you evidence if I have 5 other players witnessing what happened, no one else left during the time the incident happened and it did not continue after you've been kicked out of the server. Sorry but I do trust those people, they are veterans on the server and won't even think of doing such hacks. I advise you to check up your game directory maybe "you were not aware" of installing hacks.

How do you explain the hundreds of cars that rained around Glen Park? Five other high level players witnessed the incident, also this wasn't the first time you got banned. The first time Chris thought it was not you. Now you're banned again "coincidentally" with the same hacks that happened when you were first banned.

Hello Tony, I was there when the ban was issued and we've witnessed the way you swam on the water. Do you deny of using such hacks or "illegal modifications" ? If so, please explain further about what you did. You are fairly new to the server and have not received any other punishments besides a kick. So now I just want you to be real honest with me on that said situation, and if you had used an illegal mod.

The reason for this appeal is for you to justify yourself and ask for some considerations for your actions. If you are not willing to convince us to unban you there's no reason for this appeal at all. You will remain banned due to lack of interest and an unconvincing appeal.

72 is a mansion interior, as previously mentioned a mansion interior will not fit the exterior of this property.

Upon reviewing the logs it is proven that you have not hacked the weapons, the reason I came to the conclusion to ban you is because of the fact that you had 400+ MP5 on hand which was highly unlikely given your level and without a weapon license. I will be unbanning you today and expunge the punishment. Although on that situation you are claiming the police was after you on that situation, you are wrong. Police was never after you, and you had never been involved in the situation. Hence you deathmatched PD without any viable reason at all, as you said you already died from the previous situation, therefore you are considered "dead" in a roleplay situation hence what you did was a rulebreak. I suggest you learning how to roleplay before you shoot randomly at people. If I may add as well, I've found out you have 3 or more accounts registered on your serial. Avoid using the other accounts and go on playing with Yusuf_Karahanli or else you'll be back here again on another ban appeal.
