Having player blips on the server makes it look like a DM/Freeroam server, It's easy to MG players locations, it makes it harder for criminals to evade because you can literally update their location without seeing them IC'ly. Other players that are doing crimes can easily be found by just looking at the map. Remove it completely with an exception of /backup or /panic for Police Officers to use. That way other officers can see a beckon where the officer needs backup.

Like i said previously, he was mostly driving straight forward. I hit 2 of the shots in the beginning while he stood still, the other two while he was driving straight forward. I did not hit 5 shots as he claimed, in that case he would be dead and it was not 500 meters away, that's a lie. It's obvious this player is relatively new to SA-MP considering he doesn't know the SA-MP mechanics, seeming shocked when I hit him 4 times in the head. That's the only place you can hit a player while you're in a vehicle, try it yourself. I would also like to mention that he cut out the part when I shot the other two officers before shooting him. Ask the player to give the full video because I'm certain I missed a shot or two on those officers. Here's the video he posted, check it again.

I hit 4 shots on the player while he was driving off, 2 of which was when he stood still, check the video once again. He is also surprised I hit all 4 shots to the head, if you know SA-MP mechanics like I do you would know you have to shoot in the head while the player is in a vehicle to hit them, body-shots don't work while the player is in a car. I have a relatively good computer I have SA-MP locked on 100 FPS which is the legal FPS count on almost every server without gaining an advantage, I downloaded CAC and It immediately dropped down to 40. I have a 144hz monitor so It's extremely hard for me to play at anything under 100. I don't use any hacks and If you want I can share my screen and go through my SA-MP directory. I've played SA-MP since 2012 so I'm used to the game's mechanics, recoil and range etc. I've also been playing FPS shooter games all my life including CSGO where I reached the rank Supreme before I stopped playing. I got 10,000 points on Koky's DM, I assume that's 10k confirmed kills and I haven't been banned before and they have a solid anti-cheat system. Long story short, If the CAC don't get removed I'll stop playing on the server because 40 FPS on a 144hz monitor won't work for me. It's too laggy and it makes the game unplayable. Me on Koky's I just feel like It's unfair I get accused of being a hacker/aimbotter because I hit 4 shots on a player like that's impossible to do. I'm a relatively good FPS shooter but there are people that are twice as good as me without hacks, just look on youtube.
