You came inside a police department to shoot a tank on 1v1 in a sit that you were not even part of, I don't need to hear what you have to say on it as it's pretty self explanatory when placed with your history.

You have 3 punishment alone for DM in month including this, you are a veteran player, you are supposed to play by rules, I counted your history, you have 7 bans(perm + temp) for DM alone in your history, 12 warns for DM alone & 4 admin jails for DM.
You are a chronic DMer and you are the type who will never change, nothing you say will change my mind and get you unbanned, server is better off without a player like you, you are denied, do not try to appeal anytime.You will never be unbanned considering this your 8th ban for DM in your time in Valrise.

BUG CATEGORY:EMS Duty.EXPLANATION:It's a bug to farm money, simply go on EMS duty and revive a knocked guy it will pay you some 900-1200$ BUT it does not charge that money from person getting revive, on other words 1200$ just spawns out of thin air and adds upto economy, it should be what amount EMS gets is deducted from person getting revived.
PICTURES:Here, I revived Paco got +980$ but nothing was deducted from him, it can be abused by reviving own mate back to back and knocking, since no combat or revive cooldown and no money deduction from other party. -
BUG CATEGORY:
Vehicle
Explanation:
1 - It was reported that vehicle color changes when despawned and spawned but it also fixes vehicles to full health even from destroyed to fully fixed.
2 - This is a odd one, SO I turned off engine for my car and left the car, it sort of started on own when I left the car, anyone entering the car could drive it, even I entered I could drive it, then I did /v engine and it says engine turned on.I mean, the engine turns off as long as you are inside, moment you leave it turns on(BUT DOES not say vehicle engine turned on or anything) just turns on allowing anyone to get in and drive it, when you next get in car and type /v engine it will say engine turned on.
This happens with personal and trash vehicles afaik.
Also at this stage you can't despawn personal vehicles too when engine is off by /v engine.

No one is using my car, I just turned off engine and left and it won't let me despawn it.

BUG CATEGORY:CocaineExplanation:1 - Police on duty can cook cocaine, should be restricted.2 - After adding coca leaves, the second stage of adding gasoline, you can simple press E without actually having gasoline it will add gasoline for stage 2.
3- After Gasoline, on stage 3 where we add leviamsol, we press E it says Leviamsole added and mixture progress but no leviamsole is actually used from inventory.
4 - When there are multiple batched cooking you can simple walk past all go to an corner and press E it will collect them all together works for any number just walk past it go to any place in shack and press E it will collect despite the fact you are at table or not.
5 - When Cocaine is ready the small text box on top of screen says press E to add Leviamsole not press E to collect.

BUG CATEGORY:
Clothing.
Explainations & Bugs:
1 - You can go through all clothing items while on a vehicle(just like items from any other shop), while scrolling through you can simply drive off with bike and the clothing you were trying on is given to your character without any money.
replication method: Use a bike and go to cloth store and press E scroll through dress, drive off and close the mehu.
Fix: Don't allow access to shop menu when on vehicle.
2 - Male clothing are bugged as well.Replication : Just go through cloths some are of weird fit.
3 - When on any duty(EMS/FD/PD) you can buy skins, the character will still have duty cloths but underneath the dress of character does change.Replication : go on duty go to cloth store preferably try FD duty and while buying cloths look closely under uniform.
Fix: Disable cloth store menu while on duty.
4 - On duty while you buy specific mask it changes your character model.
Replication: go FD duty take default model go to cloth store and then go to mask -> "Pig Mask" , your character changes to darker tone guy.

Here I was looking at cloths on a bike, while I drove off with bike the clothing items stays on when menu is closed and I am not charged anything(rest cases it says you paid $0)
You can see how on the go you can buy cloths as well just keeping the menu on:
Sadly I don't have pictures for rest but these can be easily replicated, I can help you with any doubts. -

Explanation of the bug:
1 - Taxi job while going to fare they run away, despite we have not reached them or whatsoever.
2 - TaxiPDA allows multiple driver to accept same fare making it a fuss when we reach the fare, once fare is accepted it should get removed.
3 - After admin revive not able to use IC chat.
4 - text draw on fire mission too small to be seen from fire trucks.
5 - Female skins in shop are bugged>
6 - Vehicle sync is messed, cars on my screen maybe working and fine, but are damaged to others.
7 - Dealership gives you vehicles which have fuel leaking from bottom causing them to explode when started.
8 - After leaving taxi job, when you go to other job the map markers from taxi job still there.
9 - Taxi passenger drop off points are under ground.
10 - Playtime is not saved, after relog also.

-Restrict people from seeing members of groups they are not in.
- Remove NPC weapons.
- Add /mission to FD/EMS to vie and track to current mission.- Cocaine labs should have 1 table and different labs across map, it's very easy to cook on 6 tables together less grind.
- coca plant should have to be planted by people in order to farm them, random coca plants are meh.

You're still not coming to the point, you guys drive around finding cops killing them, even after you evaded, one guy saw 2 cops going to 4D where nothing was there and you all came back for sole reason to kill them both.
I am not convinced, make appeal when you are not blind to your faults.
