I am not satisfied with your appeal, put more effort into why we should let a toxic DMer and non contributing negative player like you back in server.

Nobody will do taxo job if you don't increase its paycheck significantly
Rentals would be there in SF, LV and all-over map and we won't touch theif job, it's just you won't be able to use state cars for the job.

State vehicles are the vehicles that appear as unowned and can be used by any player.
Now with removal we will have below advantages:- More realistic environment.
- Vehicle rental groups can have a purpose and can have roleplay chances.
- Taxi driving job will get boosted when players don't have means of transport.
- Random loitering of vehicles across map causing problems often will be gone.

Player to player interaction such as offering lifts or hitchhiking rides.
We will have some disadvantages as well:
- People would have to wait for taxi or walk to nearest rental places when stranded.
- A bare minimum amount of money has to be paid to taxi driver or rental services.
- Thief job vehicles have to be stolen from players and no state car could be delivered.
We want to hear from you what do you think about this, please vote on the poll and drop down your views and opinions on this topic on this post as well. This post does not mean we are implementing any of these as of now, we just want to see how you guys feel about this kind of a change and what suggestion would you have to improve this.

I am not convinced, you are using other people's history as justification for your unban, this does not work that way. Appeal with more effort next time, and write more of how you plan to avoid DM in future and stuff. If you keep bringing useless comparisons you won't be unbanned any soon.

1 - Cut the bullshit and speak truth, you kept using commands a "fixed" interval of times, which is not possible without a script.
2 - Admin went to you and asked you a question not once but 3 times, you did not reply YET your scripts kept running un fixed times.
We all know what this means, so stop playing dumb here and come up clean.

It's good to see you agree to the fault here as well. Considering this is you first full ban, I will se the review date to April 7th 10 days from now, your app will be reviewed for a conclusion on April 7th. Meanwhile do not ban evade or bother any staff member about your appeal.

Not banned, issue with your connection, either sky-high packet loss or issue with the ip.
Try to restart router if still issue persist open support ticket on discord. -
Don't try to justify your own mistakes with someone elses. Let's see facts then shall we:
1 - The person you are trying to compare your appeal with was not banned 4 times.
2 - The person you are trying to compare your appeal with was not temp banned 3 times.3 - The person you are trying to compare your appeal with was not warned 14 times.
4 - The person you are trying to compare your appeal with was not admin jailed 12 times.
5 - The person you are trying to compare your appeal with was not weapon banned 2 times.
Most importantly he did a mistake once, he was unbanned after quite a long period, but you?
This is your 54th mistake, and you show sign of being stubborn and no sign of change or regret and repetitive troll appeals, we don't need players like you, server is better off without you.

You will be unbanned as we discussed, but you have to stay away from DM squads as much as possible, next punishment for DM will result into permanent ban again so be careful, I believe in you and I expect you to change, don't disappoint me.

From today till 5th of March you have never made any transaction which was on 1,000,000$ or above. your highest was selling a vehicle to Teddy for 350,000.
You triggered a warning where server sided you had 320$ and client side had 1,020,320$. Simple terms you tried to spawn one million and twenty thousand dollars, I checked your logs at time of warn trigger, no one paid you that exact amount of money which can trigger the anti cheat, leaving with 1 and only option, you tried to spawn that exact amount of money, use below picture for your reference.
Now, stop playing victim, I would have considered unbanning you if you admitted on first place, but you made me type this whole thing, so you lost your chance.

Let's cut the part where you feel bad for DMing and assure us you won't DM again, I don't trust your words or assurances. Let's see facts 11 punishments in total for just DM alone, you play here since 2019, you are considered a veteran player, yet you are just full of shit when it comes to play by rules. This is your 4th permanent ban in general, 3rd permanent ban for DM and 7th ban for DM of we take in account temporary and permanent ones. I know you will never change and it's a waste to give you another chance. Server is better off without a player like you, do not appeal before 2022.

Let me get to the point Jovanca, I don't want to know who you insulted why you insulted and what you did to repent.

You going ahead and insulting back is not the way. From a staff perspective ignoring who you gave an apology to or not, keeping those aside let's see:
Ban for threatening community.
Publicly insulting players on numerous occasions.
More than 5 punishment for just being toxic.
Toxicity is something that is like cancer cell, once it occurs it keeps spreading. We don't want to have a cancer cell in server. Simple words, you have proven you can not change your behavior and act like a matured person which is the least expectations from veteran players. Server is better off without you, hence forth application is denied.
This decision is final and won't be changed. -
Your behavior after your ban proves you have no intent to change, or have any regrets on your actions. You still cling onto the very theory and already proven wrong concept that you and your group were doing nothing wrong, you keep acting in a ignorant way on multiple platforms. Considering everything and having a long chat with other members of management and up, we all voted on your unban and it was a collective vote that we don't want to have you playing here. Your groups were part of Deathmatching a multiple times and we have had discussions a lot of time over administration chats and management chats. Hence we decided you shall not be given a chance anymore to be unbanned. I hope you get more clarity from this.

Hello Luca,
Me and @Kacper were the first people to suspect you using this account for multi accounting.
You had said to us that this is your "cousin" back in time, but I personally had gone back in everyday of you logs for 3 months, until one single day you did a mistake, you disconnected from Luca account and logged on this one right after, guess what same ip and same device serial, AKA same person same laptop/PC. So we have evidence to fully believe you are multiaccounting.
Now, evidence kept apart, coming to facts, EVRYTIME, luca got dice banned, because of his irresistible habit to do casino scams, this account became active and went to casinos, Luca would wait months get dice ban off and then he would go gabling this account will stop playing.
So, I would say cut the bullcrap and come up honest until the day you are being honest with us none of your accounts will be unbanned. Denied.

I don't give a flying fuck about your quotes, I asked for reason, I'll give you one last chance, write something meaningful that can make me think on this appeal or I will deny you till 2022 without a chance for unban. We don't tolerate immaturity and trolls on official sections of forums.
