Dear Glass, First of all, I would like to thank you from taking your time to reply to this ticket. I must say, that my actions were really bad and I apologise for it. Calling people "jewish" or making fun of them should not be said by anyone. Additionally, it was really "stupid" of me to do it repeatedly which (most likely) caused the ban. Moreover, I completely forgot that usage of a VPN (In this case using it to hide my identity) was not allowed , I also apologise for this as I was not really aware that I needed to take permission from management. Last but not least, I ask of you to be kind enough to allow me to access the server once again so I can play with my friends. Thank you for reading.
