We will deny your request upon discovering lies. Getting banned multiple times is a serious concern and should not happen at all. With every ban your chances of unban are reduced.   In the meantime, do not attempt to ban evade. That will directly lead to denial of your request.

What is your Discord account? trexo1   When did you get banned? 01/01/25   What is the ban reason? Community ban   Personal comment I can't recall the ban date, but I applied to get unbanned a year or more ago and it got accepted, but till now I am still banned in the discord server.
