I admit my mistakes and I am sorry for them.

I've been doing this repeatedly for a while and I've been given enough second chances, so now I have to face the consquences for my actions. I will take this period of time in which I am banned to learn to stop being frustrated for being frisked or robbed and stop /q-ing to avoid that and I will appreciate more the time I spend on the server. I will wait as long as you decide that I must.

Just one thing I want to mention, this is my "second" ban, but the first one was in January 2019 for hacking which I did not - it might have been something caused because of the university dorm internet which is really bad.  As you can see I haven't admited that I hacked(which would have denied the appeal probably) and neither the admin was able to respond to my question on what kind of hacking did I do.  If you check, after this incident I haven't used the university dorm internet and I went in a long term inactivity because of it. I never used hacks. I just hope you'll consider this and believe me as I came clean with all my wrong-doings and I hope you won't remove 40% of my wealth, but after all it's your decision.

I will patiently wait for a response and for a review date for my ban.

    Thank you.

Hello, Rooster_Riggs!

Thank you for submitting an unban request, our staff members will review it shortly. Until then, follow some of these instructions:

  1. Do not message staff members to review your unban request, it will result in extension of its reviewal time.
  2. Be honest and do not attempt to lie to us. We will deny your request upon discovering lies.
  3. Getting banned multiple times is a serious concern and should not happen at all. With every ban your chances of unban are reduced.

In the meantime, do not attempt to ban evade. That will directly lead to denial of your request.

Rooster_Riggs: /b better ban me for fuck sake

This is what I was told when you logged back in-game, so it shows that you did this while in full knowledge that it is a bannable offence, so what made you continue?

Not to forget the fact that you were punished twice this month for /q'ing mid roleplay and admin situations to avoid losing your items - which actually shows that those punishments had no impact on you so is there any way you can convince me you actually had/have the intention to play normally here? And yesterday you had a lot of C4's in your vehicle and marked money on you which you did not want to lose.

You responded to your first question with the last sentence of your comment. I was frustrated because I got cought having so many c4 and marked money with me and I did not want to lose them as I spent time making the money to buy them(150k worth of c4's isn't an easy loss you know).  I told you that sentence in-game because I knew I was going to get banned as I've been warned and ajailed for that before and even Eren Stokes gave me a last chance as I came clean with my wrong-doings in /pm or else I would have been banned earlier, but I failed to keep that promise too. That reaction was pure frustration to the fact that I knew I will get banned. And yes, as I stated in my appeal, this was a recurring event /q-ing to avoid losing items by frisking or robbery because again I was too frustrated to lose them after I spent time making them.

How can I convince you I can play normally here? As I said in my ban appeal I will take the time I am banned to calm my temper and if it happens again to be able to go through the frustration of knowing that I just wasted my time trying to make money so I can properly rolepay the character I want to roleplay. It just sucks you know, but I guess it's a pleasure for you cops to do it and I can't blame you for that, you're just doing your job.

Therefore if I will be given another chance, I will resume to just try to roleplay just for fun from time to time with the ammount of money I currently have (maybe I will reduce my activity because of it ) cause it's defenitely better not to waste my time to make money than to waste it and try to protect them by rulebreaking. It's pretty pricy to try to proper roleplay here as in the day my ban happened I lost around 80k just by losing my mask and weapons because some new volunteer cop shot at me while I was standing still and about to do /handsup while being a suspect so I don't lose my mask.(I don't blame him, he's new and has to learn, but it affects me in one way or another).

Anyway, I hope I came clean enough, if you have any other questions I will respond to them.

Until then, thank you for the response and I will patiently wait for questions, another response or a review date for my appeal.

Thank you.

You have been unbanned under the circumstances that if you're caught /q'ing mid-situations in future, you'll be irrevocably re-banned with no chance of coming back. Don't waste the opportunity of getting unbanned on something stupid like that. Consider this your last chance to demonstrate that "this never repeats" as per your appeals. Familiarize yourself with the rules again.
