Hello dear administration, i don't know you know this or not but there aren't any hotels near santa maria beach or rodeo , other Hotels are nearby and all of them are around idlewood , it will be good if we have a Hotel in the west of the Los Santos to make life easier for poors or tourisms and have a safe place with good price. actually this business would be profitable too , and it is really useful as i said the reasons before. i want to buy this and make it bigger and bigger with furnituring or mapping and i will make many rooms inside it to do what i said here and let people stay in my hotel.

As the Community Manager told me, no more hotels to be placed as there is another hotel nearby which is located at Temple just across the Gas Station.
