Doesn't it seem like the drug system needs a bit more buff?

After a lot of crying from people about server money being inflated through drugs, it has been heavily nerfed. The price per gram and production per batch have been reduced, making owning a journey and drying your eyes out while cooking not viable anymore. There used to be fear and risk of cops while cooking heroin, but now they are always empty. The price decrease could be tweaked a bit, but reducing production? Might as well delete drugs from the server. What's your opinion?
