   Dear Valrise team, I apologize for the prohibited actions I've done. 

   

  I've done multiaccounting cause I have taken a long break from server and I had forgotten my main accounts name, so I made a second account with a non playing name for Eg: Help_pls. then requested support and admins helped me find my main account and after 2 months when I try to join I see that I have gotten banned, I do not really recall when I got banned. I was well aware of the consequences of multiaccounting and had second toughs along it , I thought if I did not play more on these secondary accounts I wont get banned. I take full responsibility of my ban and I deeply apologize .In the case that I get unbanned I promise these types of actions will never ever repeat.

  I sincerely hope that you will consider my appeal . Thank you for your time and attention .
