  I was lost too much money that day and I was too mad, after a VT rammed everyone at mechanic. He was rammed me too so I reported him. I was too mad so I was writing CAPS on. Admin was told me Caps off but I was too mad so I continue write CAPS on, after he jail me for that. I became more mad so I was insult him from public chat. so he banned me. I understand my mistake. Please understand me I was have too much problem that day. now I'm calm Please give me another chance

Not the quotes of our staff members. Also they just told to re-appeal, they never said that you get unbanned on 9th February.
