You are for a fact, known to be someone who can't calm down and just throw slurs towards people. Do you usually have family problems everytime someone inconveniences you?

 

I can't have you running around the server spreading your toxicity towards the players, moreover to the staff team. 

 

Your real life problems shouldn't be taken into the game, hey - we all have those and have to deal with them most of the time silently, but don't ruin other people's gameplay with toxic behaviour. Find a leeway for you to take out your frustrations in another way.
