  I was mining then out of no where a admin police officer starts chasing me i try to run he tase me i try to check his id by pressing tab button and then i saw then i remove the tab and suddenly i can walk then i get phone banned wich is perma ban cuz i dont have a pc i feel like i should have gotten warned or another punishment instead of phone ban like get in my account take away half of my money and ban me for a 1-2 weeks not a perm ban for a a dumb phone bug that samp doesnt want to fix.

Looks like you should be permanently banned as you've been banned not once but TWICE on two different accounts. 

 

Anyways, you're ban isn't going to be lifted. You're right its a dumb bug that samp isn't willing to fix, yet you're also dumb enough to abuse it, again TWICE now.
