  Hello there, Merry Christmas everyone and Staff of Valrise Gaming.

   

  15 mins ago I got banned for "Usage of tools to mask identity", I don't know what that means and I believe that I got falsely ban, however prior to that by like 1 hour, I got a PM from the Administrator that banned me saying to "stop using tools to mask identity" or something, to which I replied "what do you mean" and I never got any response back from them.

   

  Please let me play, I started playing this server yesterday and I really like it especially after I just reached level 4 and started to actually understand it.
