  The police officers in question are arriving on us with siren turned on and they are stopping to prepare to arrest us, so there is no need to say the opposite.

Your objective as a suspect is to attempt to escape & run away. Not blast cops the moment they arrive with sirens on. You have alot of ways to evade if you're creative enough. You do not blast them at the first instance of contact. This isn't cops and robbers. Based on your previous punishments, you are in no position to appeal for a ban as this would be your fourth ban. Hence this appeal is DENIED.
