  I would like to apologize for my awfull mistake of ban evading,I didn't know there were consequences for ban evading . After i got temporary ban for evading cops too much i logged in to a old account of mine and enquired on what should I do when I'm temporarily banned, and I was replied to just wait my time but a admin asked me through PM if I was previously banned and I told him yes then he gave me permanent ban. I am seriously sorry for going against the rules of ban I wasn't aware it was not tolerated pls unban me because I will never make such a mistake now that I know of the consequences I am really sorry, all I want to do is enjoy the game,please pardon me for my first time.

What you basically did was punishment evasion. You were temporarily banned yet you registered with your old name and continued to play the server, hence the full ban was issued instead. Hopefully you've learned your lesson, whilst banned, use the time learning the rules.
