  I've no clue why did you close the appeal and didnt let me speak if you're scared of my response or what, last time I was banned it was a year and 2 months ago, and about not being changed I dont have punishments recently and I already was punished for my previous actions, lets talk about current, if you wanna keep me banned so bad then try to find a better excuse.

And those count towards your current punishment, that you should have known, you would have know if you did some admin work instead of abusing commands and farming scores back in time.
