  We dont did dm, he stealed my friends car and i shooted him. When i shooted him polices comed and we killed polices. This is not a dm, i'm unbanned today please unban me again.

You trolled with him, wanting to steal his car. He carjacked you with RP which gives him the right as he owned it. You blatantly shot him for that reason. Not only that, you've been causing alot of chaos in the server. Randomly robbing people, baiting cops for shootouts. Now the last time you started a shootout inside a safezone. You yourself has a long list of punishments, for DMing and you just got unbanned. Do not bother re-applying for an appeal after 3 months.
