Reason:  I want to open a 24/7 shop, It will give players more options and rp scenarios. The location of the 24/7 is near 4D casino next to the ammunition, there is a gas station there, but I want to open a corner shop. It will be more open and cheaper prices, so the players don't have to go to North of LV for 24/7's. I want to open a corner shop because Irl you will find lots of 24/7 stores next to each other. I would like to open it as it will give players more chooses when looking for something.
