U.S. CODE TITLE XI

NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY AGENCY

DEFINITIONS

  • The term "The NRSA" herein refers to The National Road Safety Agency;
  • The term "auditors" herein refers to any state or federally appointed investigative authority;
  • The term "Public Works" herein refers to any work required to maintain public infrastructure;
  • The term "Road Safety" herein refers to an appropriate level of quality to the road infrastructure as to not pose a risk of injury to any citizen;

 

 

(A) The NRSA is recognised as a Federal Agency

  • (A) The NRSA is recognised by these United States to be the regulatory board for Road Safety;
  • (B) The NRSA will accept contracts for works to maintain Road Safety;
    • (1) Contracts from the State Government or Federal Government take priority and must be accepted;
    • (2) Contracts that are rejected from the State or Federal Government come with a $150,000 USD fine;
  • (C) The NRSA are authorised to complete private works on the condition that all financial information be made readily available to State or Federal auditors;

 

(B) The NRSA are hereby instructed to

  • (A) Ensure the maintenance and safety of all roads within the State;
  • (B) Completing tasks on Public Works infrastructure that the NRSA are capable of assisting in;
  • (C) Assisting State and Federal agencies with appropriate mandated work where required;
  • (D) Completing contracts from the State or Federal Government;

 

(C) The NRSA are hereby exempt from:

  • (A) State laws prohibiting them from completing works to maintain Road Safety or Public Works, or from completing any works pertaining to anything defined under Title XI (B);
    • (1) The State or Federal Government hold the rights to reject or delay work if it has an impact to other parts of infrastructure or ongoing concern;
