  Hello, I was on my weed field and then FBI came to my weed field, I called backup in my walkie talkie channel, then I started shooting at them and they killed me then. Jack Addison pmed me ,, I will try to save your weed field" I answered him ,,I'll love you if you do it, I'm knocked still" my boys killed them all and Rustler came and suspected me for OOC backup and OOC info, it wasn't OOC backup, when I called them on my walkie talkie,  I pmed jack that I'm knocked which thing he can see if press tab lol. So, it's my first punishment for OOC info ICly and It should have been just verbally warn or just warn it's ok too. I just got perma ban about that, I already was call my backup at the farm weed place, even someone from frost gave this logs to Rustler but he just ignored. please do something thanks in advance! Rustler just looked for reason to perma ban me.

First of all, if you think the ban was unjustified, you can always file a staff report here.

 

Second of all, take a look at your punishment history. 


Do you really think after all this, including 3 tempbans, you would not get banned permanently?

Telling someone you're knocked through PMs is clearly not allowed. He can see it if he presses tab but he normally isn't aware if someone is dead, nothing is telling him that unless you do.

 

Now, tell me what will change next time if we unban you. Will we see another punishment history like this?

No sir, you won't see more punishments by me, there's a old punishments when I didn't know less RP rules and yes.. But, Rustler just abbusing his power and permmisions, I called my backup ICly, they came and killed the FBI agents, I used pm's, because Jack Addison asked me something and I answered his question, I just told him ,, I'm dead", he could see this I was knock as he press a tab, yes it's OOC again but, everyone using this, I really sorry but admin don't give me a chance to clear my punishment history, I really want to do it, but they're looking for a reasons to warn and ban me, anyways sorry about this I won't repeat it again. Just want to play back in Valrise.
