Name: Devil's Dream

Type: Business

Reason: It will be a bar and this property because of the location, the area is rather dead but it has an amazing park-way drive behind it with palm trees that can be used for a hangout spot after a beer or so. I'm planning on populating it further or at least giving birth to activity there now and then until it becomes the norm (Much as GS9 is now.). It'll also be easy to gain knowledge of it because it faces the Driving school thus will be one of the very early places newcommers will bump into and curiosity always kills the cat so for sure will win at least one visit from them. Also and this is the second main purpose, It'll be a recruit hot-spot for my group (TIM) nothing official but will make good use of it that way. Will have a logo set for it along with a page, I'm planning on going professional with this one.
