  I only have 1 account, which is named Asep and I don't have any other accounts, where I play at home and use the internet through my cellphone using the "3tri" card I often get banned because of a stray IP and I often restart my cellphone by activating mode airplane then turn it off again so that ip can change.

Who is Asep_Bodray?

I never have that account, I only play with the Asep_Kanjut this my first account, if I use the Asep name, do you think it's me? not necessarily yes. 
I already said that I only use the Asep_Kanjut account and have never had another account.
I also play roleplay just 1 month with my friend and all my friend got a last name "Kanjut" we are Kanjut Family.

No, it does not mean that it is you. However, it's interesting how the account is on the same IP and you share very similar characteristics on both accounts.

I'd advise you to come clean about the account or both will remain banned.

I said honestly I don't have that account and if I have that account I immediately unban requests like this, there's no way I'll try to create a new account again, I told you I used my cellphone ip and for my computer ip

That still doesn't explain how there's an account that is extremely similar (almost identical) to your current account which indicates that it is most likely your account.

So what's next? how to know who owned the account of Asep Bodray, 
this name is only me and my friend know and i had this computer bought from the warnet "Indonesia language Warung internet" before the warnet was closed permanently.
maybe that Asep Bodray account was my friend account maybe.

Now I have an answer, my friend used to play on this server and before this server was not Valrise but Mudoo he played when I was working about 1 year back, and my friend used my computer to play SAMP, while doing his job, namely editing videos, he said he was banned because he was playing with someone he didn't know and that person was using a weapon cheat, why could this happen? before he was invited to roleplay to rob and about weapons and armor, a stranger would give it to my friend, my friend was immediately hooked and joined the robbery, he didn't know what my friend was just following orders from people he didn't know.
