  Santino (in-game) name was a suspect, I jailed him, but he threatened me that he is a gang leader and he will kill me after jail. I was afraid, I updated the SAPD radio in game and they said ignore his threat, but when Santino released, he was waiting for me outside the jail with a shotgun. I recalled that he had threatened me, I was afraid thinking he would kill me, so I shot him and killed him. He reported me for deathmatch. During admin sit, admin said that you must have waited for him to shoot or aim at you. I lied that he aimed at me too, thinking it would save me. But admin banned me for deathmatch and lying. Everything I done was out of fear to die. That's it. I have been banned for 7 days. I appeal you to please get me unbanned. I'll be obliged. And I'm suspicious that Santino would try to attack me again.
