Change in position of House Icon to the front side

This is my house at Mulholland.

 

The 1st pics looks more like a backyard and its all kinda gloomy, not attractive at all. Also the path to get there is too much bumpy, and that place doesn't even have a door, its kinda window.

The 2nd pics looks better and I request you, if possible, can you move the House Icon to the front side of the house, since I am also gonna put furniture over there in my yard, it will look much better and worth it then.

 

If you can just put a door near that garage and place the House Icon over there instead of where it is right now, it would be great.

Also, can this house have interior ID:106?
